Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to limit how their personal information is used, sold or shared. Because US Loan connects you with lenders, sharing your request with those lenders may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws.
Your rights

- Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

How to submit a request
Email support@usaloan.online with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. Include your full name, email address, phone number and mailing address so we can verify your identity. We respond within 45 days and may extend once when permitted by law.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
Important note
If you opt out of sharing, we will no longer be able to transmit your request to lenders, which means we cannot connect you with a loan offer.
